New yo is the first fresh concentrated yogurt that can be used to create an artisan yogurt gelato. New Yo is a new way to prepare yogurt gelato without the use of powdered products. New Yo is the artisan gelato makers answer to return to the method of making gelato with genuine raw materials.

At last with New Yo you can make a gelato that remains soft without the addition of dextrose.

This Mec3 novelty is inspired by the flavors and traditions of the Amalfi Coast, a stretch of coast known worldwide for its natural beauty, a UNESCO world heritage site since 1997 and has always been a symbol of Italy.

When tasting Amalfi its like tasting a Lemon Delight, the typical Neapolitan dessert. For the Kit Amalfi we were inspired by the symbols of the Amalfi coast: Sfusato lemon with acidity and an incredible intense perfume, the famous Limoncello liquor made by macerating the lemon rind, and the soft sponge cake of traditional classic desserts.

Amalfi is a lemon cream rich with Limoncello flavored sponge cake that captures the sun and scent of the Amalfi coast. An angle of Paradise to add to your display case.

pour the cream directly into the gelato tray, leave in the blast freezer for 30 minutes, and place in show case.
Or if you do not have a blast freezer, you can place it in your show case for approximately 2 hours before serving.
Thanks to its special formula developed by Mec3's research and development team, Quella is not intended for the batch freezer but is to be used as is. Its versatility allows it to be used to varigate and decorate various flavors. Its very popular inside the gelato cone guaranteeing enjoyment until the very last bite of the cone. Because of its unique characteristic abilities to remain soft it can be used as fillings in pastries, pancakes and other breakfast treats, semifreddi, and makes for an irristable filling in frozen gelato pralines.
The real revolution has taken place in the showcase where Quella is presented to the gelato tray. Quella is proposed as an authentic gelato flavor, and thanks to its consistency and distinctive gelato structure it can be poured directly in to the tray ready to become the favorite flavor of the most gluttonous customers with its goodness always at hand.
